February 5, 2008  An original cast album has been recorded of the 2006 New York City production and should be available later this year.

January 9, 2006  Cast members from the New York City revisal of What Makes Sammy Run? performed at Jim Caruso's Cast Party at the famed jazz club, Birdland.  Click here for photographs.

December 22, 2005  The long-awaited New York City revisal of What Makes Sammy Run? opens in New York on January 19 and plays ten performances through January 29.  Click here for more information.

April 4, 2005  The long-lost second part of the 1959 TV broadcast of What Makes Sammy Run? has finally been found.  On Wednesday, April 6, 2005, the Museum of Television and Radio in New York City will be premiering the complete teleplay starring Larry Blyden, John Forsythe, Barbara Rush and Dina Merrill.  Ms Merrill, who's best scenes are in the second part, will be a guest at the screening, along with author Budd Schulberg.
